Construction Duration: Summer 2025
The project involves street and utility improvements to Jefferson Highway and Elm Creek Parkway, spanning from 109th Avenue to Highway 169. These streets were constructed between 1988 and 1993, totaling approximately 0.8 miles of roadway. Throughout time, typical maintenance has been performed on these streets, including seal coating and crack filling. The construction of this project is proposed for September and October 2025.
