Valley Forge Lane was constructed between 1974, and the total length of the street is approximately 0.63 miles. Overtime the street showed signs of accelerated deterioration with significant cracking and settlement making it become brittle. A pavement condition index (PCI) rating was done in 2022 and 2023 to this area with the values between 2 and 73. Based on the analysis it is recommended to do a full reconstruction on Valley Forge Lane.
