The Champlin Police responded to an early morning shooting involving a state legislator. The investigation is active and ongoing. There is no current shelter-in-place for Champlin. The Tetra Pak Fireworks Show originally planned for Friday night is rescheduled to Saturday, June 14 at 10pm, during the Fabulous Armadillos concert! We’re following the fireworks experts' recommendation to move the show to ensure the best and safest experience. Saturday night at the festival is going to rock, enjoy Weekend Rockstar (5–8pm), then Fabulous Armadillos (9pm–Midnight), and a sky full of fireworks, plus carnival rides (5pm-midnight)!
