Champlin, MN — On 1/9/2026, Champlin Police Officers responded to a report of a baby not breathing in the 11900 block of Castle Rock Court, in the City of Champlin. Officers arrived to discover an infant that was not breathing, as well as an adult in medical distress. Officers rendered first aid, and both individuals were transported to a nearby hospital, where medical staff declared the infant deceased.

 The incident remains under active investigation. No additional information will be released at this time.
