Public Notice
The following ordinance amendments are scheduled for reading and/or adoption during the Planning Commission meeting at 7:00 p.m. on January 20, 2026, followed by the City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. on January 26, 2026. Both meetings will be held at City Hall.
Please note that the Planning Commission typically meets on the third Monday of each month; however, due to the federal holiday, the January meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 20.
A draft is available online at Public Notices. The proposed amendments include changes to Section 381 of Chapter 126 of the Champlin City Code regarding accessory buildings, as well as amendments to Chapter 22 related to fees.
