109th Road Closure & Detour Route

Phase 1 Begins Today - Monday, April 28th

Starting today, Monday, April 28th, 109th Avenue North and Winnetka Avenue are closed for reconstruction east of Highway 169, from Zealand Avenue through Winnetka Avenue. Access to Zealand Avenue for businesses in the Elm Creek Commerce Center will be maintained.

The closure will remain in place through August 2025 (weather dependent). Please plan alternate routes and allow extra time for travel.
