Public Open House

The Cities of Champlin and Brooklyn Park invite residents and community members to attend a Public Open House for the upcoming 109th Avenue Reconstruction Project on Tuesday, April 22, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Champlin City Hall (11955 Champlin Drive).

Phase 1 construction will begin later this month and continue through October 2025. The open house is an opportunity to learn more about the project scope, timeline, anticipated road closures, and detour plans. City staff and project representatives will be available to answer questions and gather community feedback.

• Project 1: 109th Ave between Gettysburg Ave and Winnetka Ave (excluding Hwy 169 intersection)

• Detour Route: Elm Creek, 114th, Douglas, Zane, 610, and Zachary (shown on the map below)
