The City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 13, 2025, at 7 p.m. or shortly thereafter in the City Council Chambers (Champlin City Hall) located at 11955 Champlin Drive, Champlin, MN 55316.  The City Council will review a request for an interim ordinance placing a six-month moratorium on residential housing developments on 19.5 acres of property generally located in the City’s northwest area and consider a request for an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor license for Chili Lime Cantina LLC (D.B.A. Chili Lime Cantina) located at 12490 Champlin Drive, Champlin, MN 55316. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard.
