Chandler Park ImprovementsThis project includes the addition of 112 parking spaces plus landscaping, irrigation, lighting, and trails as a continuation of the Mississippi Crossings riverfront redevelopment. Riverway Church's New HomeConstruction has begun on the 40,000 square foot building that will be located at the corner of Champlin Drive, 117th Avenue, and Highway 169. This fall crews plan to start earth work and grading then pause over the winter. This project was approved by City Council in 2021 and the first phase is anticipated to be completed in 2025. Mississippi Crossings MarketConstruction of a bakery and deli is underway at Mississippi Crossings. A concept for a 5,500 square-foot building located east of the Bowline was approved by City Council in 2022. The market is anticipated to open in the summer of 2024.
