Proposed Ordinances


The City Council will review the following ordinance amendments at the December 12th meeting.  A draft of each is posted on the city's website, under Public Notices, and Mayor & City Council.

Scheduled for Reading and/or Adoption:
  • Ordinance Amending Chapter 22, Fees and Authorize Use of a Publication Summary (PDF)
  • Ordinance Amending Chapter 50, Article II. Curb Cuts (PDF)
  • Ordinance Amending Chapter 50, Article IV. Right-Of-Way Management (PDF)
  • Ordinance Amending Chapter 35 – Stormwater System (PDF)
Upon adoption, ordinances will publish in the Star Tribune.
