Proposed Ordinances

City Council will review three proposed ordinances at the August 8, 2022 meeting. A draft of each is posted on the city's website, under Public Notices, and on the Mayor & City Council page.

The Ordinance Establishing the Mississippi Crossings Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District is scheduled for a first reading.
The Ordinance Amending Chapter 10 sec. 10-14 Annual Waste is scheduled for a first reading.
The Ordinance Amending Chapter 35 - Stormwater Systems to add section 35-21. Salt Storage at Commercial, Institutional, and Non-NPDES Permitted Industrial Facilities is scheduled for a first reading.

Upon adoption, ordinances publish in the Star Tribune.
