Come connect with officers over an ice cream cone on May 23rd from 4-6pm at the Champlin Dairy Queen off 11200 Aquila Drive North.  Ages 12 and under will be treated to a free cone, along with the first 200 patrons age 13+. The Champlin Police Department hopes you'll stop by to say hi.
