Earth Day Cleanup Event

You have a chance to make a difference as a part of the ERC Earh Day cleanup event! Individuals, families, organizations, and businesses all come together to volunteer by cleaning up litter along our waterways, roadways, and parks. This is a 2-hour event and ideal for high school students looking to complete community service hours. Sign up for this event by emailing city engineering or call 763-421-1955. If you are an organization, please provide us your group's name and amount of people participating.

We will provide trash bags and collection tongs. We ask that you bring your own gloves. It is advised that you wear long pants and closed toe shoes.

If you would like to volunteer for the event, but cannot attend on April 20th, stop by City Hall, 11955 Champlin Drive, Monday, April 17th between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM to pick up a map and a set of garbage bags. You are then asked to complete the litter pickup by Sunday, April 23rd. Public works crews will be collecting the trash bags at the designated spots on the map.
