Contacting City Departments by phone
Every department has a main contact person. If  you call during regular office hours (8 A.M. - 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday) and the person you wish to contact is not available, you will be transferred to their voice mailbox where you may leave a personal, detailed message. Voice mail is available to residents 24-hours per day. When calling after regular office hours, you will be asked by the voice mail system to enter the mailbox number of the person you are calling. If you do not know the voice mailbox number, you may dial 411 to get the city directory.
